How to Make Ketchup with 2 Ingredients
-
Start with a piece of parchment paper that measures approximately 18” in length.
-
Fold the paper in half so you have a rectangle in front of you with the long side parallel to the counter edge.
-
Open the folded sheet and place the tomatoes and clementine slices in the center above the fold.
-
Next, bring edges together so the sheet is folded in half. Starting at the left corner, crimp and fold.
-
Preheat the oven to 375°
-
Place parchment pouch on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
-
Remove from the oven and puree mixture, using a blender or an immersion blender.
